Our Pedigree

ESPARTA instructors are former members of Elite Military and Police Units.

ESPARTA personnel have particular skill sets in security, protection and defence, gained over many years of operational and training tasks in dangerous and hostile environments.

The founder Tim Crossin set up ESPARTA to train and empower people, particularly women and girls with unconventional but effective combative skills and Immediate Action (AI) drills to deal with threatening situations and dangerous people.

ESPARTA upholds the highest standards of training, excellence and professionalism one would expect from such a pedigree as Her Majesty's Royal Marine Commandos.
